| About the Scholarship |
A very special recognition is due to Judge Greg Mathis
and wife, Mrs. Linda Mathis for their ongoing support of
EMUBA's Scholarship Program.
The EMUBA scholarship program has provided over
$130,000 in scholarships to undergraduate students of
Eastern Michigan University, and is made possible by
the donations, sponsorships, and membership dues
contributed by our alumni, supporters and members.

The EMUBA scholarship program has provided over

The Book Scholarship is $500 and is awarded annually. Eligibility for the scholarship are
as follows:

- Applicant must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program of study at
Eastern Michigan University - Applicant must have a minimum overall grade point average of 2.8
- If awarded, recipients must fulfill at least 2 community service/ volunteer initiatives
with EMU Black Alumni Association
